Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Someone changed my address, and I changed it right back, but my gift was still shipped to the wrong place. They keep charging me for these boxes and I've only received one but paid for three!

To whom it may concern. My name is Doe and Ive been a subscriber of snack crate since 10/2024 .
Im reaching out because I would like to cancel my subscription and would also like the cancellation fee to be waived . Why ? Because at the same time I joined snack crate i joined another company similar, and Ive received two shipments since joining (one for October and another for November ) and I have yet to receive anything from this company no package , no discount for the inconvenience ,no nothing , BUT Ive been charged twice since subscribing . When I previously reached out to snack crate I was notified that the shipment from South Korea had just arrived at the warehouse , then I asked can both my months be shipped together (to prevent me having to wait so long .
I didnt care if it was random snack from random countries either I was told that wasnt possible . I understand the snacks are coming from another country but if shipping is going to take so long yall should select snacks a month or two in advance so they can arrive in America at a decent time . I do apologize for any inconvenience but again I will like to cancel the subscription and the fee to be waived being that I havent received anything .
I just want my money back from BOTH months . Thank you .

They supposedly fixed it and I won't be charged any longer but I was worried bc I had seen an additional charge for January ad I had assumed it was only though December bc I signed up in June for a 6 month subscription. I'm hoping they've honored their word and that I will NO longer accrue charges

I cancelled my subscription after the first month when they never sent my add-ons but charged me for them. Then, they charged me again in September.
I emailed them and they said they couldn't find my account, yet I was charged again in October. Still, no snack crate box, but I'm being charged.

I was charged for a crate and I never authorized for it to be reinstated I am respectfully requesting for it to be refunded back and the account canceled

I never received the package I ordered on December 14. I will go on Facebook and TikTok and tell them it's a scam. They took my money, and a lawsuit will follow.

I ordered a box for November and December still have NOT received anything yet not happy if I don't hear back soon I want a refund this is ridiculous that I have not received either box yet but you are quick to pull the money out of my account asap without sending the product

Explained that there has been a delay in their shipments causing delay in them to be sent to customers. i signed up in October and havent even recieved my 1st box yet! Was told id get a tracking # for the 1st box sometime this week.
